where we ship

Nosh Kosh ships within Canada only and delivery is available to all Canadian provinces and territories, subject to the carrier conditions outlined in this policy.

If you see a 'shipping unavailable' message for a Canadian address, this could be because you are placing a larger order. Please contact us directly for bulk pricing and shipping options.

We are not able to fulfil international orders at this time. If you are outside Canada and interested in our products, please reach out through our contact us page. We will keep you informed should our distribution expands.

order processing & tracking

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST or during weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard processing time before dispatch is 1 to 3 business days. During promotional periods or high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is an unusual delay.

Please note: Processing time is separate from your delivery window. Your tracking information will be sent once your order has left the facility.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment through the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then submit a contact form.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Times

Estimated delivery windows below begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Timelines are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed.

Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited shipping: 2-5 business days
Local delivery (Metro Vancouver): 1-3 business days

Nosh Kosh is not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, or any circumstances outside our direct control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to assist in following up with the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, your delivery destination and your chosen shipping method. The exact rate will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. The current free shipping threshold is shown at checkout.

Food Safety & Transportation Compliance

All of our current products are non-perishable, shelf stable goods that do not require refrigeration or special temperature-controlled transit.

Products are packed and shipped in compliance with the Safe Food for Canadians Act (SFCA) and the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR), which govern the safe handling and transportation of food products, including protection from contamination, physical damage, and conditions that could render a product unsafe or unfit for consumption.

If you receive a product with damaged, broken, or compromised packaging, do not consume it. Contact us immediately at hello@noshkosh.com with your order details and photos.

Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Orders

We take the integrity of your order seriously. If your order arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery through our contact form. Include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and the affected product.

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or a full refund of the affected item(s) at no additional cost to you. Returns of damaged or incorrect goods are covered by Nosh Kosh.

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or partially consumed, unless the product is defective or unsafe.

Wholesale & Business Orders

Wholesale partners and business customers operate under the terms of their individual agreements with Nosh Kosh. Minimum order quantities, lead times, freight terms, invoicing and return conditions for wholesale orders are governed by those agreements and differ from the retail terms outlined in this policy.
