Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.

In accordance with Canadian health and safety standards, we are not able to accept returns of food and beverage products that have been opened, consumed or stored improperly after delivery.

how to start a return

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Submit a contact form with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. For damaged or defective items, include clear photos of the product and packaging.

2. Eligibility confirmation
We will review your request and respond within 1 to 3 business days. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions for sending the item back.

3. Package and ship the item
Pack the product securely in its original packaging where possible. Ship the item per the instructions sent. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is confirmed.

4. Inspection and processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. If the return is the result of our error or a product defect, we will cover the cost of shipping.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If your bank or card provider requires additional processing time, please allow up to 5 additional business days before contacting us. We are not able to expedite refunds beyond our processing window, but we are happy to confirm refund status on request.

If your refund has not appeared after 15 business days of receiving your confirmation email, please contact us.

exchanges

We offer product exchanges on eligible items where a different flavour, variant or replacement of the same product is preferred. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of your request.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return outlined above on this page. In your message, please specify which product you would like to receive in exchange. If the replacement item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Please note: Exchanges are only available for unopened, undamaged products or for items that arrived defective or incorrect. We are not able to exchange opened food products for health and safety reasons.

Damaged, Defective or Unsafe Products

The safety of every product we deliver is something we take seriously. If your order arrives damaged, the packaging is compromised or you believe a product may be unsafe to consume, please take the following steps immediately.

Do not consume the product

If packaging is broken, seals are breached, the product appears discoloured, has an unusual odour, or shows any other signs of compromise, do not consume it. Set it aside safely.

Report within 72 hours

Contact us at hello@noshkosh.com within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, the affected product, and any visible damage or defects.

What happens next

We will review your report and respond within 1 to 3 business days. Verified damaged or unsafe products will result in a full replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if we require the item back for quality or regulatory review purposes.

Wholesale Orders

This policy applies to retail and direct-to-consumer online purchases only. Wholesale partners are governed by the return and credit terms set out in the individual wholesale agreements with Nosh Kosh.
