When I moved to Canada, I brought everything I needed for a new life, except for one thing I hadn't counted on missing: the taste of home.

Not just the flavour. The feeling. The products that didn't need five times the sugar or salt to taste like something! The small, familiar rituals that quietly remind you of who you are and where you come from.

What I often found in North American shelves were products made for mass appeal. Often over-processed and stripped of everything that made those products meaningful in the first place. It wasn't just the taste that suffered, many of the ingredients simply weren't good for us either!

The gap between what was available and what people actually deserve?
That became Nosh Kosh.

We believe food is one of the most powerful ways people connect, to their roots, to each other and across cultures. When someone discovers a product through Nosh Kosh, it either brings them back to a memory, a tradition, a place they love; or to a whole new flavour profile that is interesting and enjoyable to discover.
